Indoor Cycling

We are once again offering indoor cycling classes. Our classes are taught by certified instructors, geared to all fitness levels. 

Indoor Cycling - $5 per individual class - Must be registered 1 hour prior to class start.

A 45 minute ride, geared for all fitness levels. We will emphasis cycling principles, build endurance, discuss heart rate, and more. You are always in control of the intensity. Bring your water, towel, and be ready to sweat! 

Cycle, Core and More - $10 per individual class - Must be registered 1 hour prior to class start.

This class is 90 minutes. It will include 45 - 55 minutes of indoor cycling, plus 30 minutes of core strengthening and cycle specific stretching. We will focus on different aspects of cycling form, core, and stretching that you can add to your home routine. Some cycling experience helpful but not required. Don't forget your towel and water!
