Indoor Cycling

Starting November 29th.

We are once again offering indoor cycling classes. Our classes are taught by certified instructors, geared to all fitness levels. 

Indoor Cycling - $5 per individual class - Must be registered 1 hour prior to class start.

A 45 minute ride, geared for all fitness levels. We will emphasis cycling principles, build endurance, discuss heart rate, and more. You are always in control of the intensity. Bring your water, towel, and be ready to sweat! 

Introduction to Cycling - $5 per individual classMust be registered 1 hour prior to class start. 

A 45-minute ride, geared for the person new to indoor cycling or adding cardio to their routine. We will emphasis cycling basics, while building endurance and strength. We will discuss heart rate, perceived exertion, and more. You are always in control of the intensity. Bring your water, towel, and be ready to learn!

To reserve a spot:

  3. Click the Classes tab.
  4. Click “Sign Up Now” for desired class time. 
  5. Choose “Make a single reservation” or “Make a recurring reservation”
  6. Click “Checkout”
  7. Enter credit card information and click “Place Order”
